Quality Wine Storage For You in Marin County
Heirloom Storage owners are no strangers to the fine wine business. The Daniels Family was in the wine production and wholesale business for over 70 years. In fact, in the same warehouse where Heirloom Storage now offers its fine customers wine storage, was previously storage for the wines sold by the Daniels Distribution Company, as well as storage for the inventory for Trellis Vineyards.
Heirloom Storage offers temperature controlled individual units for our clients. Wine is a food product and must be treated properly.
Our wine storage area is separate from our other storage areas and requires our wine storage customers to have a special code in order to enter the wine storage vault.
How To Store Wine Correctly - Consistent Temperature Control
Most important when storing wines, is to store wine in a cool, but not cold location, with an even temperature setting. At Heirloom Wine Storage, we keep the room temperature at an even 64 degrees at all times. Temporary power outages are rare, our state of the art storage building is constructed with thick cement walls that also help to keep the temperature cool until power can be restored.
Each wine locker is constructed out of sheet metal insuring a cool, dry and dark location for each of our wine customers storage needs.
Wine Storage Sizes Available
Each unit is approximately 37 inches in length, 34 inches in width and 29 inches high, allowing to store up to 16 cases of your wine. Rent one and then another, as your wine collection grows. Each unit is locked with the customers own lock, so as not to commingle any inventories.
The wine storage area is open for our customers use from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. Monday - Friday, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. Saturday & Sunday. We look forward to serving you.
